We offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

  • Domestic Orders: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized products may take up to 7 business days to account for design and production time.

3.2 Exceptions
Processing times may extend during holidays, sales events, or high-demand periods. We will notify you in case of delays.


4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders (India): 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the shipping carrier’s website after dispatch.


6. Delivery Issues

Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item(s). We will assist in replacing the damaged product.

8. Order Modifications

Changes to the shipping address or order details can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes.
